Accent Consulting In The Community: MatchBOX Project 2022

MatchBOX is a co-working studio local to Lafayette, Indiana that provides a space for young entrepreneurs, remote workers, and creatives to do work, host meetings, or even build prototypes. Management of the studio had noticed that their wireless connections were dropping, making it difficult for the members of the studio to get anything done. As a proud supporter, member, and partner of MatchBOX, Accent Consulting was happy to take a closer look and find a solution.

Upon further inspection, Accent technicians had found that there were additional firewall and server complications. As a solution, Accent ended up completely rebuilding MatchBOX’s  server rack and setting up their network for remote management. For this project, Accent Consulting donated over $8,000 in equipment and services to MatchBOX Co-Working Studio. Accent also donates ongoing technical support and 24/7 network monitoring to keep the studio running smoothly for our community. 

When speaking with their Director of Operations, Juliana Casavan, she mentioned that coffee and wireless are their lifeblood in managing the studio. Since the project wrapped up in late May, MatchBOX has not seen any additional issues with their wired or wireless connections. Juliana continued to emphasize how essential Accent’s service and support are to keeping their business running smoothly for their members. 

One of the best parts about working with Accent was the customer service and the service that was provided to us. The technicians that have come in have been professional, extremely responsive, and very understanding that we might be technically inept on our team and were able to explain things in a way that made sense to us. We were able to trust that they were doing the right things for us and then helping us along the way. So customer service… phenomenal. I would say, just for that reason alone, totally the right place to go.
