Celebrating Another Great Year of Service!

Last weekend, we brought our team together to celebrate the holidays and begin closing out another wonderful year at Accent Consulting! This year, we spent the evening dining at Fogo De Chao in downtown Indianapolis. Accent’s Founder & CEO, Phil Wright, gave an incredible speech about all of our achievements in 2023:

The phenomenal achievements were made possible by our outstanding group of IT specialists, support technicians, and administrative team! Following dinner, Phil and the leadership team took the opportunity to extend appreciation to the standout performers within our Tech Tribe, rising stars company-wide, and individuals who have devoted numerous years to the company.

Each year, we recognize three outstanding individuals within our Tech Tribe who show outstanding levels of achievement, customer service, and teamwork. 

This year, 

  • Micah (not pictured) received our Service of Excellence Award for getting the most 5-star reviews in 2023.
  • Next, Robb received our Team Player Award for stepping up and helping out the team throughout the year. 
  • Lastly, Colt was recognized for closing the most tickets this year and received the Ticket Slayer Award.

We appreciate ALL of our Tech Tribe and recognize that their hard work is what makes Accent one of the world’s leading IT service providers. Great job Tech Tribe!

Accent Rising Star Awards

Over the last 21 years, our team has diversified remarkably. No longer solely composed of IT technicians, it was the perfect juncture for our leadership to establish a new set of awards, initiated last year, aimed at acknowledging exceptional performances within our company. These individuals showcased an outstanding level of growth and achievement throughout the year and received well-deserved recognition from our leadership team.

  • Jessica was recognized for her proactive initiatives and dedication in our Sales department, leading to a significant increase in sales as well as elevating our sales strategies.
  • Keaton was also recognized for his growth within our Networking department, showcasing his commitment to learning and progressing his skillset.

In addition to the festivities, Phil also took the opportunity this year to really highlight our team members that have been with the company through thick and thin.

We concluded the night with a fun gift exchange and a chance to mingle. It was a wonderful night with a chance to reconnect with all of our team members. We greatly anticipate the upcoming growth and opportunities ahead of us in 2024!
