Celebrating Another Great Year of Service!

Last weekend, we brought our team together to celebrate the holidays and reflect on another incredible year at Accent Consulting! This year, we enjoyed a wonderful evening at Sullivan’s Steakhouse in Indianapolis. Accent’s Founder & CEO, Phil Wright, delivered an inspiring speech highlighting our many achievements in 2024 and setting the stage for an even brighter year ahead.

2024 Achievements

Our remarkable achievements this year were made possible by the dedication and expertise of our exceptional IT specialists, support technicians, and administrative team! After dinner, Phil and the leadership team took a moment to recognize standout performers across our Tech Tribe, rising talents making an impact company-wide, and long-standing team members who have contributed years of service to Accent Consulting. Their hard work and commitment drive our success in delivering top-tier IT solutions and support.

Accent Tech Tribe Top Performers

Each year, we honor three exceptional individuals from our Tech Tribe—our incredible team of IT specialists and technicians—for their outstanding achievements, superior customer service, and dedication to teamwork.

This year, 

  • Jack received our Service of Excellence Award for getting the most 5-star reviews in 2024.
  • Next, Brad received our Team Player Award for stepping up and helping out the team throughout the year. 
  • Lastly, Micah was recognized for closing the most tickets this year and received the Ticket Slayer Award.

We value every member of our Tech Tribe whose hard work and dedication make Accent a leader in IT services. Thank you for all you do, Tech Tribe!

Accent Rising Star Awards

Over the last 22 years, our team has grown and diversified significantly. The Rising Star Awards are to acknowledge outstanding performances within our company. These individuals demonstrate a high level of growth and achievements throughout the year and were nominated and recognized by the leadership team. 

  • Madison was recognized for coordinating 14 events, supporting IntelliHire, and strengthening client connections through gift baskets and organizing the intricate delivery of 144 tea rings. Her efforts contributed to Accent winning 6 industry awards.

  • Micah was recognized for his growth and dedication on our Security team, he has been relentless in protecting both Accent and our clients, showcasing exceptional commitment and expertise.

We wrapped up the evening with a lively gift exchange and plenty of time to connect. Bringing together team members from all our offices under one roof made the night even more memorable. It was a fantastic opportunity to celebrate as one team, and we’re excited about the growth and success awaiting us in 2025!
